The Youth Leadership through Sport Programs (YLSP) are short (about 10 days) exchange programs for youth athletes (between 16-18) and adult coaches and is funded by the U.S. Department of State/Sports Diplomacy Division.
This unique program allows athletes from various countries around the world to visit the U.S. and American athletes to visit their peers. YLSP is a highly competitive program for those who demonstrate leadership in sports and in their communities. Please check here for participating countries.
YLSP covers visa, travel, lodging, meals and emergency medical insurance for all selected finalists.
